Offenderman (in real life)

So, this idea came to me one night while drawing in photoshop (the program i always use for drawing unless i don't use it and so i use another crappy program but thats besides the point) so basically i thought, what would happen if Offenderman was real and he walked up to someone and tried to charm someone with his blue rose, and the person fell for it and when the person took the rose and thought it was a romantic gesture, they suddenly fell to the ground and died from inhaling poison (because we all know that blue roses looks can be deceiving, am i right? or am i right ^_^)
